Artículo 29 . EXPEDICIÓN DE ACTOS Y COMUNICACIONES DE LAS ENTIDADES PÚBLICAS. Todos los actos administrativos a través de los cuales se exprese la administración pública por escrito, deberán adelantarse en original y un máximo de dos copias. Una de éstas deberá ser enviada para su conservación y consulta al archivo central de la entidad.
