El presente decreto establece el sistema de nomenclatura, clasificación y remuneración de los empleos públicos de las Agencias Estatales de Naturaleza Especial, del sector descentralizado de la Rama Ejecutiva del Orden Nacional, denominadas Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos, ANH, Agencia Nacional de Minería, ANM, y Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura, ANI; así como para la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado, la Agencia Nacional de Contratación Pública - Colombia Compra Eficiente - y la Agencia del Inspector General de Tributos, Rentas y Contribuciones Parafiscales, ITRC".
