ARTICULO 559 . Resolución que niega o concede la extradición . Recibido el expediente con concepto de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el Ministerio de Justicia tendrá un término de quince días para dictar la resolución en que se conceda o se niegue la extradición solicitada.
