° La junta tendrá también un vicepresidente, elegido para un periodo de seis (6) meses, que reemplazara al Presidente en sus faltas temporales occidentales; se reunirá ordinariamente cada quince (15) días, y extraordinariamente cuando sea convocada por el Ministro de Comunicaciones o el Gerente de la institución.
