De Bogotá, un auxilio de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000.00) anuales. A cuenta de este auxilio por la vigencia de 1959, se apagaran los quince mil pesos ($15.000.00) apropiados por resoluciones del Ministerio de Educación.

Parágrafo

El gobierno hará anualmente la aprobación a que se refiere este artículo, dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de salud Pública.
