Protección de los derechos laborales. Las incorporaciones no generarán para los servidores pérdida de los derechos de carrera ni desmejo~a en su remuneración anual. Cuando haya lugar a la actualización en el Registro Unico de Carrera, ésta se efectuará por la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil -CNSC a solicitud de la Dirección de Gestión Humana de la Aeronáutica.
