El literal a) del artículo 3° del Decreto 3088 de 1997, quedará así: Para los Bonos de Valor Constante, Serie ‘A‘, la tasa efectiva anual equivalente a la variación porcentual anual del Indice de Precios al Consumidor -VIPC-, certificada por el DANE por el año respectivo, definido este último, como aquel cuyo vencimiento haya ocurrido el último día del mes calendario inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de exigibilidad del título, adicionado en 4,835% pagaderos al vencimiento, de acuerdo con la siguiente fórmula:
