Art. 3.° Los procesos que se sometan al fallo de la Corte Marcial serán preparados por un funcionario de instrucción con grado por lo menos de Coronel, el cual tendrá un Secretario y consultará las dudas que le ocurran, con el Auditor de Guerra.
