°. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sus disposiciones serán exigibles a partir de la emisión de los lineamientos por parte del INVIMA y modifica los artículos 65 del Decreto 1500 de 2007 y 12 del Decreto 2270 de 2012, y deroga el Decreto 4974 de 2009 y los artículos 4° y 5° del Decreto 1282 de 2016.
