º. Supresión de empleos. El Gobierno Nacional, dentro del término establecido para adoptar la nueva Planta de Personal, suprimirá los empleos o cargos desempeñados por los empleados públicos, que no fueren necesarios, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.
