El personal técnico que opere equipos de telecomunicaciones en las bandas atribuidas al servicio móvil marítimo, deberá acreditar idoneidad como operador radiolelegrafista y/o radiolelefonista, condición que deben verificar fehacientemente los armadores que requieran utilizar los servicios de estos operadores.
