Articulo 18 . Estudio de la solicitud . Una vez recibida la solicitud de licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento la dependencia respectiva, procederá a estudiar la documentación y si llegare a requerir información complementaria la solicitara por medio de auto que deberá ser notificado por Estado.
