Indemnizaciones . A los trabajadores oficiales a quienes se les termine el contrato de trabajo como consecuencia de la supresión de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom, se les reconocerá y pagará una indemnización, de conformidad con lo previsto en la tabla contenida en el artículo 5º de la Convención Colectiva suscrita entre la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones - Telecom y sus trabajadores el día dieciocho (18) de febrero de 1994. Dicha indemnización será cancelada en el término máximo establecido en el Decreto 797 de 1949.
