Beneficiarios. Podrán ser beneficiarios de la línea de crédito directo con tasa interés compensada los municipios y distritos que requieran adelantar gestión catastral.

Parágrafo

Los créditos se aprobarán a cada beneficiario de conformidad con los criterios y requisitos aprobados por la Junta Directiva de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S. A. (Findeter), así como el Reglamento para Operaciones de Crédito Directo de Findeter.
