° Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, fíjase una tasa de cambio de trescientos cincuenta yenes (Y 350) por dólar de los Estados Unidos de América, para la conversión que el Banco de la República deba efectuar en el pago de las sumas mencionadas y de las partidas asignadas para gastos de arrendamiento y sostenimiento de dichas misiones.
