Los Oficiales de los Servicios que hubieren ascendido al Grado de Teniente Coronel o su equivalente en la Armada, mediante la presentación de Tesis, que no estuvieren diplomados como Oficiales de Estado Mayor y desearen optar la diplomación, deberán adelantar en las mismas condiciones expresadas en el artículo 51 del presente Decreto, la Segunda Fase del Curso Regular de Estado Mayor, mediante el cumplimiento de los requisitos de ingreso a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
