Autorízase Gobierno Nacional para emitir a favor de la Stándard Dredging Corporation pagarés de deuda pública interna está por la cantidad de US$ 594.000, o sea el 50% del 60% del Valor total del contrato por US$ 1.980.000, para las obras de opresión y rectificación del canal del Dique.
