El Consejo Superior tendrá un cuerpo dé Asesores permanente, integrado por profesionales: especializados que prestarán asistencia a, los altos funcionarios del Ministerio, así como a Juntas, Comisiones o Comités sobre la forma de ejecutar las actividades o funciones respectivas y realizarán estudios relacionados con las materias técnicas, jurídicas o administrativas que competen al Ministerio, y quiénes estarán integrados a la Planta de Personal del Ministerio.
