º Crease la oficina nacional de conservación y restauración de Cartagena, que funcionara en dicha ciudad como dependencia de la direccion de edificios nacionales del ministerio de obras públicas, cuyas funciones tendrán como fin dar cumplimiento a la ley 5a, de 1940, al tenor de la indicado en su artículo 3º.
