Los Administradores de Aduana visitarán el guardacostas de su dependencia cada vez que lo estimen conveniente, lo mismo que los Resguardos que están bajo sus órdenes, y darán cuenta por telégrafo al Ministro de Hacienda de la buena o mala marcha de unos y otros. Para la visita de los Resguardos pueden aprovecharse las excursiones de los guardacostas.
