En caso de que por opción del Gobierno se saque a licitación pública el inmueble recuperado, podrá el contratista presentarse y entrar como licitador por cuenta de su crédito de participación. En este caso se procederá de acuerdo con los artículos 18 y 19 de este Decreto.
