El incumplimiento por parte de las instituciones de educación superior de las ordenes y recomendaciones que formulen el Ministro de Educación Nacional y el ICFES en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en este Decreto, dará lugar a las acciones administrativas y a la imposición de las sanciones establecidas en las disposiciones legales vigentes.
