Art. 10. De todo pasaporte se extenderán tres ejemplares, á saber: uno para el interesado, otro para la oficina ordenadora cuando el pasaporte se expida en Bogotá, y otro para la oficina pagadora; si se da fuera de Bogotá, un ejemplar llevará el interesado y dos tomará la oficina pagadora, quedando al ordenador el registro como comprobante. Todos tres serán suscritos por el que los expide y el que los visa.
