Director Ejecutivo. El director ejecutivo del Fondo para la Vida y la Biodiversidad será una persona natural contratada por la sociedad fiduciaria, en calidad de vocera del patrimonio autónomo, de acuerdo con la selección que efectúe el Consejo Directivo.

El Consejo Directivo definirá los criterios de formación académica, experiencia e idoneidad que debe cumplir el director ejecutivo, así como el procedimiento meritocrático y participativo que seguirá para su selección.
