Ley 25 de 1987 · por la cual se reforma parcialmente y se adiciona el Decreto 80 de 1980, que organiza el sistema de educación post-secundaria.

El artículo 90 del Decreto 80 quedará así: "No habrá más de un control fiscal en cada institución oficial de educación superior, que corresponderá a la Contraloría General de la República, o a la Departamental, Intendencial, Comisarial o Municipal, según el orden al cual pertenezca la entidad. Sin perjuicio de otros sistemas ágiles de fiscalización que establezca el respectivo Contralor, éste determinará las adquisiciones que por su naturaleza técnica o trámite comercial estarán sujetas solamente al control fiscal posterior.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de una institución superior de carácter regional el control fiscal corresponderá a la Contraloría General de la República".
