Siempre que se engloben varios predios o la venta de la parte restante de ellos o se cancelen por orden judicial o administrativa los títulos o documentos que la sustentan jurídicamente y no existan anotaciones vigentes, las matrículas inmobiliarias se cerrarán para el efecto o se hará una anotación que diga "Folio Cerrado".
