Liquidación del valor de la cuota . Las Cuotas de Fomento serán liquidadas sobre el precio de referencia que semestralmente señale el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, o sobre el de venta del producto, cuando el Ministerio así lo determine mediante resolución, en consideración a que las condiciones especiales de mercado favorecen los intereses de los productores.
