Excepciones. Estarán exceptuadas del cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en el numeral 1 del artículo 2° y del artículo 5°, las importaciones de esta maquinaria y sus partes, que realicen la Nación, las Entidades Territoriales y las Entidades Descentralizadas.
