Serán transferibles por medio de cesión, pero para que el traspaso sea válido respecto del Instituto, se requerirá la inscripción de la propiedad en los libros de este, previa aceptación de la junta directiva. Esta formalidad no se exige en el caso de adjudicación legal, disolución de compañías y convenio en concurso de acreedores.
