º Naturaleza y extensión de la prórroga. La prorroga de que trata el artículo anterior, se refiere no sólo a la duración del contrato sino también a todas las demás condiciones y modalidades particulares, las cuales no pueden ser modificadas unilateralmente por ninguna de las partes contratantes ni por quienes las sucedan a cualquier título en las obligaciones y derechos emanados del contrato.
