De los contratos de prestación de servicios de salud. Las entidades estatales que requieran la prestación de servicios de salud, deberán obtener por lo menos tres (3) ofertas de personas naturales o jurídicas que presten dichos servicios y se encuentren inscritas en el registro especial nacional del Ministerio de la Protección Social de conformidad con la Ley 10 de 1990.
