Apoyo a los establecimientos educativos. Las entidades territoriales certificadas en educación, con la finalidad de fortalecer el apoyo a los establecimientos educativos de su jurisdicción, dispondrán de formas de coordinación tales como los núcleos educativos u otras que correspondan a los mismos fines, según su propia organización.
