Artículo Tercero De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8º. Del Decreto 2703 de 1959, los Gobernadores estudiaran conjuntamente con la respectiva Comisión de Aguas, la mejor distribución de las corrientes de uso público y la legalización de su aprovechamiento. La resolución decisoria será tomada de acuerdo con la misma Comisión.
