Ancianos Indigentes Minusválidos. Para efectos del auxilio para ancianos indigentes minusválidos, se entenderá que son aquellos que cumpliendo con los requisitos definidos en el artículo 11 del presente decreto, hayan perdido más del 70% de su capacidad laboral y sean mayores de cincuenta (50) años de edad. Esta condición podrá ser revisada anualmente por el Consejo Nacional de Política Social.
