Los Comités Departamentales de Cafeteros, tan pronto como tengan conocimiento de que se están violando los reglamentos que hayan dictado de acuerdo con el presente Decreto, darán cuenta al respectivo Gobernador, quien impondrá multas sucesivas de $ 50 a $ 200, según la gravedad de los hechos u omisiones que les denuncien los Comités. Estas multas ingresarán al respectivo Tesoro Departamental.
