ARTICULO 8

Ejercicio de funciones consulares por cuenta de un tercer Estado.

Una oficina consular del Estado que envía podrá, previa la adecuada notificación al Estado receptor y siempre que éste no se oponga, ejercer funciones consulares por cuenta de un tercer Estado, en el Estado receptor.
