Para la investigación y fallo de cada delito se formará un solo proceso, cualquiera que sea el número de autores o participes.

Igual norma se seguirá si se tratare de varios delitos cometidos en concurso reciproco, o acuerdo de varias personas, ya sea permanente o transitorio.
