Destino de los patrimonios autónomos. Los patrimonios autónomos que constituyan las entidades territoriales y sus descentralizadas de conformidad con el artículo 2.2.9.3.1. del presente decreto se destinarán exclusivamente a la garantía y pago de las obligaciones derivadas de cuotas partes y bonos pensionales a cargo de dichas entidades. Dichos patrimonios autónomos serán administrados por sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones o por sociedades fiduciarias. (Decreto 810 de 1998, artículo 2 ° )
