Los Jefes de las Misiones Diplomáticas tendrá n a su cargo la vigilancia de la conducta y del cumplimiento de los deberes de los empleados que actúen en el exterior por designación de entidades oficiales y semioficiales distintas del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, y podrán, por conducto de dicho Ministerio, solicitar su remoción por causa justificada o la imposición de las sanciones a que haya lugar.
