° La Junta Especial creada por la Ley 27 de 1949 y adicionada por la Ley 20 de 1961, dirigirá el recaudo de los valores provenientes de la estampilla "Erradicación de Tugurios", y en los primeros cinco días de cada mes pondrá a disposición del Instituto de Crédito Territorial las sumas correspondientes.
