A más del juramento previsto en el artículo anterior, deberá probarse, mediante certificación escrita del jefe de la correspondiente dependencia de personal, el hecho de que dentro del año inmediatamente anterior no se fue empleado de la respectiva entidad o miembro de su Junta o Consejo Directivo y, en caso contrario, de que en ningún tiempo se conoció del asunto en el cual se va a intervenir.
