ARTICULO 150 . Definición . Tercero incidental es toda persona, natural o jurídica que sin estar obligada a responder penalmente por razón del hecho punible, tenga un derecho económico afectado dentro de la actuación procesal. El tercero incidental podrá personalmente o por intermedio de abogado, ejercer las pretensiones que le correspondan dentro de la actuación.
