ARTICULO 120 . Del Liquidador del Instituto Nacional del Transporte y Tránsito INTRA.- El Presidente de la República designará el liquidador del Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito (INTRA), el cual deberá reunir las mismas calidades exigidas legalmente para el Director del Instituto, tendrá su remuneración y estará sujeto a las inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, responsabilidades y demás disposiciones previstas para éste. El liquidador ejercerá las funciones prescritas para el director de la entidad, en cuanto no sean incompatibles con la liquidación.
