Toda denuncia criminal o de responsabilidad, que en forma auténtica, recibiere un funcionario en contra de otro funcionario nacional, la comunicará a la mayor brevedad a la Procuraduría, indicando las medidas que hubiere tomado para averiguar o hacer averiguar el hecho, e indicando su concepto sobre la verdad y posibilidad del hecho denunciado.
