Las pensiones de invalidez y vejez se compondrán de una cuantía básica y de aumentos proporcionales al número y al monto de las cotizaciones aportadas por encima del límite como requisito para que el derecho se cause, cuando la invalidez la vejez sobrevinieren antes que el asegurado llegue a este límite, el instituto podrá acordar pensiones reducidas cuyo monto determinara libremente.
