Autorízase al Gobierno para que en oportunidad dicte las medidas que estime necesarias con el fin de que las entidades y corporaciones que deseen tomar parte en las festividades que tendrán lugar en Medellín con motivo del acontecimiento referido, lo puedan hacer de la manera más adecuada y eficaz y con el mayor esplendor posible.
