Las empresas nacionales de transporte marítimo o los usuarios interesados deben antes del embarque de las mercancías, comunicar a DIMAR los fletamentos y arrendamientos de naves que celebren, directamente o por intermedio de un corredor de contratos de fletamento con licencia expedida por DIMAR.
