Secretario General. La sociedad tendrá un Secretario General, quien a la vez podrá ser Secretario de la Asamblea General de Accionistas y de la Junta Directiva. Sus funciones serán las que le señale la Junta Directiva y las que se consagren en los manuales de funciones.
