° Los Notarios, Alcaldes, Corregidores e Inspectores de Policía, y Cónsules de Colombia en el Exterior, encargados de llevar el registro del estado civil de las personas, deberán utilizar, hasta su terminación, los libros que en el curso del presente año les suministrará el Gobierno.
