º El artículo 405 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, quedará así: Artículo 405. Fuero sindical. Definición. Se denomina "fuero sindical", la garantía de que gozan algunos trabajadores de no ser despedidos, ni desmejorados en sus condiciones de trabajo, ni trasladados a otros establecimientos de la misma empresa o a un Municipio distinto sin justa causa, previamente calificada por el Ministerio del Trabajo.
